Q: Why is this big story missing from Briefest?
A: We're news junkies. We almost certainly saw it. The probably not here because it's more about words than deeds.
We deliberately set ourselves apart from other sites by ignoring threats and promises, no matter who makes them, concentrating on what's actually happened, happening, or going to happen. We believe this cuts through the noise, and makes the news more accessible and comprehensible, at very little cost.
We are not absolutist in ignoring such stories, but there is a strong presumption towards doing so.
